1.Be able to speak and understand the English language
2.Be at least 18 years of age
3.Hold a current FAA Private Pilot Certificate.
4.Hold a current FAA class II medical certificate.
5.Pass a FAA written examination with a score of 70% or more.
6.Pass an Oral and Flight test with an FAA Flight Examiner.
7.Have logged 120 hours under approved Part 61 training.
